Faith Books Plus

Housed in the basement of Central Westside United Church, Faith Books Plus is the place where you can browse, inquire about, and order any of the print and audio-visual resources produced by the United Church Resource and Distribution and Berkeley Studios,
plus 250 (or more) titles from other suppliers.

You will always find a knowledgeable staff person who can assist you. Faith Books Plus hours are Tuesday 2-6 p.m. and Thursday noon to 4 p.m. Call us at (519) 371-3672, or contact Muriel Lush.

Video and Film

If you are in charge of a program or event, we can help you find appropriate videos or written resources.

You can borrow from our video library, or our coordinator will help you order from AVEL, the United Church Lending Library in Paris Ontario. Or just drop in to browse new titles or to purchase greeting cards.

Church Supplies

For your church you can order and purchase confirmation certificates, baptism booklets, Sunday school curricula, and bulletins for special occasions.

There are various church registers, advent candles, pew Bibles, Voices United hymn books, and much more.

Books

When you come through our doors you will find books for adults and children ranging from Race Against Time - the Massey Lectures by Stephen Lewis, to Writing the Sacred, Ray McGinnis' book on appreciating and writing sacred poetry, to Ralph Milton's Family Story Bible for children, and books dealing with grief, bullying and abuse.

Fair Trade Products

You will also find Fair Trade Coffee and tea as well as Fair Trade Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Palestine.
